A solo exhibition of Divine?, a series of mise-en-scènes of dolls referencing historical instances of medical experiments, torture and genocide. Agnes Janich first visited the Kulturhaus Villa Sträuli in 2007, when she received an Artist in Residence and monetary grant from the private Sulzberg Foundation in Winterthur, CH. Agnes Janich maintained contact with the Kulturhaus Villa Sträuli over the years, contributing works to a charity auction supporting the Kulturhaus Villa Sträuli in 2010 and holding an Artist's Talk promoting her monograph, Agnes Janich, Body Memory, in 2013. She also revisited in 2012, while participating in Platform 2012 at the Fotomuseum Winterthur, CH.
